About Me

I am so glad you are here. Breastfeeding can be a great bonding experience and at the same time be challenging and rewarding. I am Erica Lewis, a Registered Nurse, Lactation Consultant and Wellness Coach with over 22 years of experience, here to help and support you as you navigate your breastfeeding and parenting journey.

I will work with you to address any feeding problems, build an individualized plan to meet your feeding goals and increase your confidence in parenting.  No matter if this is your first or fourth child, I am here to support you.
